How it works

Three steps.
Zero guesswork.

You don't need to become an AI expert. You need someone to pick the right problem, build the fix, and prove it moved something.

  1. 01

    Diagnose

We map how work really moves through your team, find where the hours leak, and rank every AI idea by value, effort, and risk.

    Week 1 · Opportunity map
  2. 02

    Build

We ship the top priority as a working system inside the tools you already use. Automation, agent, or internal tool. Tested on real work, not sample data.

    Weeks 2 to 3 · Working system
  3. 03

    Measure

We compare against the baseline, train your team, and hand over clear documentation. You own it. Nothing breaks when we leave.

    Week 4 · Results + handover
What we do

From ideas
to impact.

Four ways we turn an AI opportunity into something your team actually uses on a Tuesday morning.

01

AI systems & strategy

Find where AI actually earns its seat, design a practical system around it, and map the steps to get it running.

02

Agentic workflows

Agents and automations that take repeat work off the table, give hours back every week, and scale output without new headcount.

03

Cinematic visuals

Key art, AI video and ad creative with a recognisable look. Complex ideas, made clear and worth remembering.

04

Practical implementation

From concept to working system, with hands-on support, the right tools, and a team left able to run it without us.

Updated October 2026

Three things worth your attention this month, and what they actually mean if you run a small team rather than a research lab.

Adoption· McKinsey, Aug 2026

The agent gap is widening

40% of billion-dollar companies now have AI agents running at scale, up from 27% a year ago. Smaller companies stayed flat at 22%. The gap isn't talent or tools. It's that nobody small has a spare quarter to work out which problem to point an agent at.

SMEs· OECD, Apr 2026

Off-the-shelf is easy. Integration isn't.

Across 2,000 SMEs in 12 countries, take-up of ready-made AI tools keeps climbing while real integration stays patchy. The blockers named are time, skills, and maintenance cost. Maintenance is the quiet one: an automation nobody owns quietly dies.

Tooling· Microsoft, Sep 2026

Guardrails the model can't skip

Copilot Studio's new hooks fire on events like session start or a tool call, so your rules run every time instead of when the agent decides they're relevant. Worth reading the fine print: if a hook fails, the agent carries on as if nothing happened.

The person behind it

Strategic. Creative.
Hands-on.

ArchInteractive is led by Suhaimi Rahman, an AI Creative Engineer who connects strategy, creativity and technology to turn promising ideas into practical systems that deliver real value.

His journey began in the '90s, bridging the gap between creative teams, developers and business needs. Three decades later, the tools have changed, but the thinking remains: understand the problem, connect the dots and build what actually matters.

That philosophy shapes ArchInteractive today. Deliberately founder-led and hands-on, every engagement brings strategic thinking and practical execution together. From defining the challenge to building the solution, the same person remains accountable for the outcome.

Our guarantee

Keep the roadmap.
Even if you walk.

The risk of trying AI shouldn't sit with you. So we carry it instead.

Written into every contract
  • Audit money backIf the Audit doesn't surface an opportunity worth building, you pay nothing and keep the roadmap.
  • Fixed fee, fixed scopeThe price agreed before we start is the price on the invoice. No change orders halfway through a sprint.
  • 30 days of support after handoverIf the system wobbles once we've left, we fix it. Your team gets the docs and the training either way.
FAQ

The honest
answers.

Something else on your mind? Ask on the call. It's free either way.

What if it doesn't work?

We measure a baseline before we build, so "worked" isn't an opinion. If the Audit finds nothing worth building, you pay nothing. If a sprint misses the number, we keep working until it lands or we refund the build fee.

Isn't this cheaper to do in-house?

Often, later. The expensive part is the first six months of picking the wrong problem and the wrong tools. We do the picking, build the first one with your team watching, then hand over the docs so the next one is in-house.

What happens when you leave?

You own the accounts, the code, and the documentation from day one. Every sprint ends with a walkthrough and a written runbook. No consultant lock-in, no black box only we can operate.

Is our data safe?

We build inside your own accounts and tools wherever possible, use business-tier AI services with training switched off, and sign an NDA before the Audit starts. Sensitive data stays where it already lives.
